DIRECTOR OF INSURANCE - COLUMBIA, SC**

Prominent bank in South Carolina is searching for a highly polished and experienced individual as their SVP, Director of Insurance. This position will be responsible for establishing this new business segment from “the ground up”. This is a senior position within the organization and the candidate will be expected to be the key player in implementing and integrating the insurance division program within the organization. The bank is fully committed in building this business and is searching for someone who has the experience and expertise in all aspects including strategic planning, sales, product selection, budgeting, etc. Candidates must have 5-7 years experience working in a bank with insurance; have management experience; related product experience; appropriate licenses; Bachelor’s degree or higher; and a drive for creating a successful business. Sales Manager – South Carolina position filled

Top producing program is seeking a professional, experienced, sales manager for mid-sized program. Bank has locations in South Carolina and Georgia with FA’s averaging more than $500K. Candidates must have bank sales management experience with all levels of experienced reps. Position is focused on sales management but also includes training, recruiting, coaching, and admin. Position is also responsible for the management of the sales assistants. This is the #2 position in the broker-dealer and will lead to the top position for the right candidate in time. Qualified candidates should have Series 7, 66, 24 and state insurance licenses; 5-7 years experience, including management; and willing to be located at headquarters.
