Regional Sales Managers - NEW!
One of the ten largest banks in the country is seeking Regional Sales Managers for their growing program. This regional bank is located in 13 states and has over $150B in assets. The RSM will: Manage, coach and supervise a team of 20 +/- Financial Consultants in an assigned market or region. Participate in the recruitment and selection of assigned team. Also responsible for the management of any support colleagues assigned to this team. Responsible for all regulatory record keeping and files, group presentations, performance management and specific trade review/supervision. Also required to identify and coach team to additional investment/insurance product opportunities and FC prospecting in region. Qualified candidates should have Series 7, 63, 65 and 24; 5+ years related management experience; clean U-4 and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Compensation includes a strong base salary plus commission and full benefits.
