Candidates must have bank sales management experience with all levels of experienced reps. Position is focused on sales management but also includes training, recruiting, coaching, and admin. Position is also responsible for the management of the sales assistants. This is the #2 position in the broker-dealer and will lead to the top position for the right candidate in time.
