SOUTHERN REGION - position filled

Major provider of brokerage services and products seeks 2 Regional Sales Managers to cover reps and organizations in their respective territories. The Southern Region consists of NM, TX, OK, KS, NE, AR, LA, MS, TN, and AL. Prefer TX as a primary location. The Midwest territory consists of ND, SD, MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, and MI. Preferred location is Madison, WI, but for both of these, any location in the territory with easy access to a  major airport is acceptable. These positions are responsible for sales within their territories. Increasing production and productivity is the primary responsibility for these positions along with expanding the co's presence in the territory. Must have a FINRA 7, 63 and a 65 is a plus. 3-5 years related experience. Extensive travel- 90%+. Must be highly motivated, great relationship skills and a team player. OHIO/INDIANA

A household name in financial services is seeking a Fixed Annuity Director for a start-up relationship with one of the nations largest banks. Candidate will be responsible for distribution of very competitive fixed annuities to over 300 offices located in the territory covering both dedicated and platform staff.
