Background

Human Capital Resources (HCR) was founded in 1995 by Paul A. Werlin, one of the original founders of the bank brokerage industry. Initially founded with a focus on the bank investment program marketplace, HCR’s business has expanded to include relationships with a broad spectrum of financial services firms and distribution channels. HCR currently works with major wirehouses, FINRA and regional firms, banks, so-called “third party marketing” firms, and investment/insurance product manufacturers. HCR does both contingency and retained recruiting, depending upon the specific assignment and the needs of its clients. Since our inception thirteen years ago, we have conducted searches for almost 100 firms, provided consulting services to 25, and have completed more than 500 placements.
